TGI’s Pre Stretch Films 

Are you throwing away more that 50% of your stretch film without even knowing it? 

To fully utilize conventional stretch film, you need to stretch the film 3 to 4 times longer. Well, this might be difficult because too much strength is required or the film becomes narrow war after stretch. Besides, it might be time consuming too.

In an effort to make packaging easier and effortless for our customers, TGI introduces its ELASTORAP pre-stretch films, which are able to overcome all the problems of conventional stretch film.

What is Pre – Stretch?

Pre-Stretch is the process that allows stretch film to be stretched before (pre) being applied to a load. 

Why Elastorap ?

• With Elastowrap you can dramatically reduce the cost of film per pallet ( about 5 % less film)

• Minimal necking and greater width allows fewer wrapes/ pallet, resulting in fewer revolutions and lesss time to wrap a load.

Pel food Wrap Cling Film

Pel food wrap cling film (PE Film) is mainly used in two areas in the house hold dishes and in supermar5ket and catering industries to display pre pack food items such as meat, fish, cheese, fruits and vegetables. Pel cling film fully formulated with imported LLDPE resins to obtain cling and antilog properties. The additives used in these films are fully complying with FDA directives.

Food Wrap Market Needs

House Hold Wrap: Household wrap is normally supplied in small reels in pel wrap carton box for use at home in the kitchen. The films are highly transparent, soft and easy to tear. The film available in thickness below 15 micron in 300MM width and length of 30 meters.

Catering Wrap: Pel brand catering film is supplied in larger reels and used on small manual packaging machine in shops, hotels, supermarket, it is typically used for wrapping cheese for as our wrap trays carrying vegetables or meat products. The film available in below   15 micron in various width and length like 1500MM/300MM/450 MM in 600 meters. The film is non-toxic, tested by CFTRI for safety ness of food contents.

Masking Film

Masking film (Polymer bonded) is one side tack film can be applied to the surface need to be protected against dust, moisture and scratches. When the film is peeled off the surface, no residues of cling left and it is clean and free of scratches. 

CPP Blister Film

Specialty film made from premium polypropylene resigns available in clear, hazy and white opaque unto 400 micron and 650 MM width. Application: Bubble pack e.g. shampoo pouch, jam jelly packs, oil greases etc.

Cast Polypropylene (CPP Film)

Cast polypropylene commonly known as CPP and also widely known about its versatility. CPP is growing in popularity among many areas as more attractive packaging materials against polyethylene. CPP film is available in different types like metalisable, twist wrap, lamination and multiple applications depending upon its end use. Our CPP films are made from FDA approved resins and are safe for food packaging.

Applications:

Adhesive dry bond lamination to barrier film like PET /BOPP/ AL.foil etc.  All type of over wrapping for good presentation like cigarette, audiocassette, flowers, textile clothing etc. Lamination of stationary items, documents, playing cards etc. Candy, toffee, chewing gum, pan masala, cough lozenges etc.
